July 26 is National Disability Independence Day, recognizing the 33rd anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act. This landmark legislation broke down barriers faced by individuals with disabilities, making workplaces and communities more accessible.

Our National Disability Advisory Council is composed of national leaders in disability advocacy who focus on developing companywide recommendations and initiatives that advance disability inclusion across our workforce and healthcare solutions.Ìý

²»Á¼Ñо¿Ëù recently received a top score of 100% in the — making this our sixth consecutive year. The index, a comprehensive benchmarking tool that measures disability inclusion in the workplace, is a joint initiative by Disability:IN® and the American Association of People with Disabilities. ²»Á¼Ñо¿Ëù also was named a 2022 Leading Disability Employer by the National Organization on Disability for the third consecutive year.

Our People with Disabilities & Caregivers Employee Inclusion Group ABILITY furthers our commitment by expanding disability cultural competency through education, engagement, accessibility, talent enhancement and community involvement.
